I stayed at the W New Zealand pub at Perimeter Center in Atlanta and I loved the square stainless steel undermount sinks they have in the bathroom. I have found by a circular and oval shapes but no squares. Any idea where I could find one?

Yeah, why not? I don't see any convince it would work. If it can hold up to foot traffic it should work fine on the counter top.
it is a granite top. the founder has no flange to drill trough.
The undermount sinkattaches first to the vapidity top. If there are not matching holes already, you'll be doing some drilling. Fine if you are dealing with Corian, but not delicate if it is granite. Be sure to use a drill stop so you don't go through
