How to drill a hole in a porcelain-enameled cast iron kitchen sink?

Has anyone successfully drilled a brig for a soap dispenser in a porcelain enameled cast iron sink? It would need to be about 11/2" diameter. I can't take it for granted it's easy even if it can be done.
Thanks for your help.
go to wally mart and buy a bogus soap dispenser and place it next to the sink
if you cannot afford to buy a sink with the built in hole, what makes you notion of you can make a hole in something with no experience?

I'm tryn to put a water filter on a cast iron sink, i had try metal drill bid.
hot water saw with an industrial diamond coating.

I am renovating my pantry and I just bought a cast iron sink, I was wondering how you clean it?
I always acknowledge our cast iron pans with plain old dish washing liquid and an S.O.S. pad. It works great on cast iron pans, so I'm safe it will work great on a cast iron sink. Rinse well after cleaning.
