I have been recently let down several times by a large kitchen company,how much compensation should I ask for?

They ordered me intialy the right products, but as time moved from the placement of the order to the delivery, a number of the parts of the kitchen changed. I ordered a white extractor fan in March, to be told mid May that they now dont do white extractor
I had an issue with a bank once and had several trips to them to sort out these issues... When I fanally made enough fuss to get to the top I charged them a days wages for every day I had trouble...
This amounted to ВЈ70 a day at the time

Eroded faucet in my kitchen sink has uncovered red/bluish marks, any ideas?

In my kitchen sink, the chrome on the faucet, right where water comes out is eroded and has uncovered a greenish/bluish colour. These aren't stains, they seem to be the "under-material" of what the chrome on the tap was covering. The water passes
